3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error

Payment processed but service not initiated due to internal issues
Any such request must be raised within 7 days of payment.
4. Cancellation Policy

Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
